Healthy chocolate protein bars made with crispy oats Recipe
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup honey
• 3tbs cocoa powder
• 3 cups rolled oats
• 1tsp cinnamon
• Pinch of salt
• 1tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup mixed seeds
1. Line a 9×9 pan with foil. Spray lightly with non-stick spray.
2. Melt the peanut butter,cocoa,honey and spices together until smooth, either in the microwave or stove top. Combine mixture with oats and seeds .
3. Press into prepared pan. Place in refrigerator until set. Cut into squares.store them in the refrigerator because they can get a bit soft.
