Fashion is all about making people dream, but it can also be about what designers dream themselves. Take Jeremy Scott for instance, he once dreamed he was an old-school grand…it’s theatrical and it kinda inspires you to get a piece of paper and start drawing or sketching.

Moschino X Sephora
One of the coolest high-end clothing brands Moschino is teaming up with Sephora for its first beauty line. Moschino is well known for its eccentric designs that include cartoon characters and other childish symbols. 7 beauty products will be released and they will be quite affordable, since nothing in the line will be over 70$.

Fashion meets art
Museum worthy masterpieces
After 2008, when Levi’s teamed up with Andy Warhol’s foundation, we have edgy and interesting collaborations between animators- artists and designers. We won’t also forget on 2007 the inspired and playfull partnership among Louis Vuitton and Takashi Murakami. For this fall we witness designers paying a tribute in their muses in a more roundabout way with museum worthy references from Milan to the Big Apple. Enjoy the following inspirations from Moschino, Osman, Roksanda, Prada, Fausti Puglisi, Carven and Iceberg.
Barbie girl by Moschino
The total pink runaway
Barbie is back and she looks her best. For this Spring, Moschino decided to go pink. As we witnessed in the Runaway models had seriously voluminous wigs (platinum blond if it worked) and the entire first half of the show was all bubble-gum pink. There were all kinds of retro references too, from the chain belts to the prim skirt suits, and, of course, plenty of whacky moments. The Barbie Barbies we spotted? Work-Out Barbie (with sweatsuit and hand weights), Western Barbie, and basically every band member from Barbie and the Rockers. Whichever Barbies were ready to party in bold ’80s party frocks and shop Rodeo Drive were also well represented.
