Adidas originals collaborates with Nigo

Get a glimpse of the anticipated collection

Billed as “re-interpreted pieces of apparel and footwear from the adidas archives,” the collection sees classic pieces updated with details that are unmistakably Nigo. Much of Nigo’s inspiration in his various endeavors is drawn from the areas of vintage wear, pop-art, street culture, and toys, so its no surprise we see injections of all of the above in the pieces. Nigo helped stars like Kanye West and Pharrell Williams (both of whom are now part of the Adidas family along with him) find their candy-colored streetwear groove back when his A Bathing Ape line was at its peak. Even as the soft-spoken culture maven settles into comfortable gigs with two massive sportswear brands, his eye for style is as sharp as ever. The collection is seeing an early drop in select Asian markets right now, with the rest of the world to follow on Oct. 24., so it won’t be long before you can get your hands on some of these dope pieces.
